The Mobile Medical Team brings medical care to you—easier appointments and friendly environments with quality care that has become the routine standard for rural clinics. “We coordinate with other agencies in the local area to promote total well-being for the individual patient,” said Clay Hutchison, Director of the Mobile Medical Division. Additionally, he noted, “Coordinated relationships allow TAN to provide mammograms, well-woman exams, eye exams, x-rays, and dental (for those who qualify).”
At the Medical & More Mobile Health clinics, TAN Healthcare provides affordable, quality medical services and accepts private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. A sliding scale is available for those who are uninsured. The mobile clinic team, led by Family Nurse Practitioner Anita Drake, FNP, can help with problems such as: hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, other acute/chronic conditions, and STD screenings. Additionally, on-site lab testing is available during the visit to minimize stress and overall cost for patients.
TAN Healthcare also provides behavioral health services Monday-Friday at its two health center locations in Beaumont (1495 N. 7th Street) and Orange (3737 N. 16th Street). The centers also offer counseling, patient navigation, along with onsite pharmacy availability, PharmBlue Texas, which offers easy packaging and home delivery.
