PRESS RELEASE — Wow what a week. We have had people in school plus sick. Thanks to everyone who stepped up to help.

We are starting to see corn sacks on the side of the roads. Yep, it’s getting close to deer season. Let’s keep them sacks picked up where they don’t blow out of our trucks.

Received a call where a granddaughter crawled out of grandma’s window. Deputy Wonders stopped a car full of juveniles with her in it. Grandma was glad to get her back home.

Man called 911 complaining his wife will not give him his phone back. Sounds like he needs to be nicer to his wife.

Charlie Boyett called to tell us that his sons service dog is missing. It’s an English bulldog named Oliver. He is white with black spots. He was last seen on a game camera near the intersection of FM 2626 and county road 2030. They need their dog back. Please let us know if you have any information on Oliver.

The end of this week and first part of next week I will be out of town at the Sheriff’s Conference and training. Ya’ll be good.

Thought for the week: Do what is right, not what is easy. Ya’ll have a good week and if we can help, just holler. God Bless.
