PRESS RELEASE — Hope all the Dad’s had a great Father’s Day. Let’s see what has been going on.

There was a very bad car crash in the Burkeville area over the weekend. A mom and daughter were killed. A set of twins were in the backseat and they were injured. A big thanks goes out to all the first responders who responded and assisted officers. Breaks your heart. Remember this family in your prayers.

We received a call from up on the lake about a 19-year-old unresponsive female. She was pulled from the lake and CPR was started. Once our deputies arrived, we found out that another 19-year-old female had been pulled from the water. Both girls were transferred to hospitals, one by air and one by ambulance. It took a while but both are O.K.

A man called about someone looking in his window. He went outside and fired off a couple of shots. As the peeping Tom was running off, he dropped his cell phone. Not good for him. We are now looking for him.

Ex-girlfriend dropped off her daughter at ex-boyfriend’s house. He can’t get her to come back and get her daughter. It’s been since January. We are now involved and looking for her.

Lots of calls about ATV’s and side by sides racing and causing all kinds of problems. Heed the warning. We catch you and you are not going to like us.
