Tremena Horn is a mother of four and a grandmother of four from Orange, Texas.  She is married to Alton Horn for 27 years and is really big on family.

But another subject that she is really passionate about is the self-esteem and image of young girls.

“My passion is to see women, young women and girls fulfill their purpose in the earth,” Horn expressed.

This is how “Build Her- She Matters to Me” was birthed.  Horn wanted a safe haven for both women and young girls to unite and share both their fears and goals.

“I envision generations upon generations of young women being nurtured and empowered,” Horn said.

I have personally had the privilege to speak with Horn and her words are simply motivating.

“I want young women to meet their fullest potential regardless of income level, social status or generational circumstances,” Horn said.

Mrs. Tremena Horn the City of Orange, Texas appreciates what you are doing in the community and keep up the great work.  Our young girls need leaders such as what you express to both guide and lead them.
