Carrie Lutcher Brown loved music and loved singing. First Presbyterian Church agreed to honor her love for music during the first week of May, generally known as National Music Week, and to designate the week as Carrie Lutcher Brown Foundation Week.

First Presbyterian Church will celebrate Carrie Lutcher Brown Foundation Week on Wednesday, May 8, at noon with an organ recital and lunch in the Lutcher Memorial Building, 902 Green Ave., Orange, Texas.

Darren Hoyland, Director of Music, will play the organ while everyone enjoys lunch and fellowship.

This event is free to the public.
