Lady Bobcat Helm heading to State in 800 meters; sets new 3A Region III record

- Van Wade/Orange Leader Orangefield freshman Katelynn Helm is going to State in the 800 meters after winning at regionals Saturday.
Orangefield standout freshman Katelynn Helm will head to the Class 3A State Track & Field Championships and she did it in fine fashion at the Class 3A Region III Meet in Waco Saturday as she set a new Region III record in the 800 meters, running a sizzling time of 2:17.57.
