LITTLE CYPRESS — The Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears, the runnerups out of District 22-4A, know their Class 4A Region III bidistrict playoff dates and time this week.

The Bears (22-8) will take on the Liberty Panthers (18-8), the third-place team out of 21-4A, in a best-of-three series.

Game One will be at Liberty Thursday at 7 p.m. Game Two will be at LC-M Friday at 5 p.m. with Game Three, if necessary, to follow 30 minutes after Game Two.

The two squads met twice in non-district action with the Bears coming away with victories, winning 5-4 and 15-5.
