ANAHUAC — The Orangefield track teams had a solid showing in the first day of the District 22-3A Track & Field Championships Monday at Anahuac High School.

On the girls’ side, Lady Bobcat Jaliah Hawthorne won the discus (100-10 ¼) and Cadence Harrelson took the 3,200 meters (13:08.40).

For the Bobcat boys, Dwight Davis won the pole vault (10-0) and Payton Wrinkle captured the 3,200 meters (11:10.00).

Here are Monday’s final results from the District 22-3A track and field championships at Anahuac High School. The running finals will begin Thursday evening at 6 p.m.
