Madison Taylor, senior at Orangefield High School, competed at the Texas High School Womens Powerlifting Association State Meet in Waco, Tx on Friday. Madison brought home the gold, winning 1st place in the 3A State Championship 132 pound weight class. Her squat was 375 pounds, her bench was 215 pounds & her deadlift was 335, totaling 925 pounds. Madison was also awarded the THSWPA Scholarship for the 3A division in the amount of $1,000.
