Wednesday was another great day for Community Christian’s athletic program as Senior Chase Mott signed with SAGU (Southwestern Assemblies of God University) in Waxahachie, TX.to play football.
Chase received All  District  1st running back and 1st team defensive back this year in football.  In the past two years he has accounted for 2,600 yards and 35 Touchdowns while only playing 12 games. Chase is a multi-talented athlete who also plays basketball and baseball.
Chase’s coaches both raved about his work ethic on and off the field. Chase has been an integral part of Varsity athletics at CCS and will be missed. Chase said that he decided on SAGU because when he went and visited it felt like home!
