BC’s Pender wins regional to advance to State Power Meet

The Bridge City Girls Powerlifting competed in the Region 4 Division 2 Powerlifting Meet on Saturday, March 2 in Edna, Texas.  Of the seven girls that qualified for this meet, five finished in the top five and one is a Regional Champion and is going to State in Lacey Pender.  The Results are as follows:

Junior Hannah Kincannon placed ninth in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 545 pounds.

Senior Jadyn Cunningham placed seventh in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 655 pounds.

Junior Megan Rappalet placed fourth in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 330 pounds.

Junior Josie Watts placed fifth in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 440 pounds.

Junior, Sadie Stone placed fifth in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 645 pounds.

Senior Chloe LeJeune placed third in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 770.

Senior, Lacey Pender placed first in her weight class by lifting a total weight of 835 pounds.

Lacey will advance to the State Meet held in Waco on March 15.
