PRESS RELEASE — The Storm Prediction Center is calling for a very small, marginal risk for strong to severe storms late tonight into early Wednesday morning. Breaking it down, there is a very small threat for hail in parts of east Texas and central Louisiana, and there is a very small threat for an isolated tornado or strong winds in parts of central and south central Louisiana.

We are still forecasting half an inch to two inches of rain through Thursday across our forecast area, with the lower values expected in southeast Texas and the higher values in central Louisiana.
