PRESS RELEASE — On February 14^th, 2019, the Lake Charles Police Department arrested Vincent Edward Stover for failure to register as a sex offender.

It was learned that Stover had been living in the city limits since the early part of January of this year.

Stover arrived at the Lake Charles Police Department on February 14 and was placed under arrest.

It was also learned that Stover had altered his sex offender Identification card.

Vincent Stover was booked into the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office for Failure to register as a sex offender and Altering his Sex Offender Identification card.
