WEST ORANGE — Lumberton’s Matt Graves hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to lift the Raiders to a 38-35 District 22-4A overtime victory over the WO-S Mustangs Friday night at Mustang Gym.

The win gave the Raiders (21-14, 8-3) the third-place playoff berth out of 22-4A while the Mustangs (16-16, 5-6) will still make the playoffs as the No. 4 seed.

B’Jan Arvie led the Mustangs with 10 points to go along with five rebounds and four steals. Terron Brown had seven points and seven rebounds while Darryl Bowens and Nakai Arnold added six points apiece.

The Mustangs will close the regular season on the road Tuesday at Bridge City before taking on 21-4A champion Huffman in the bidistrict round of the playoffs next week.
