LITTLE CYPRESS – On Thursday Feb. 7, the Orangefield Powerlifting team competed in the LC-M Invitational Meet.

In the Girl’s division, The Lady Bobcats placed first as a Team. Individually finishing first was Linsey Tackett in the 97-lb class, Lacey Tackett in the 114-lb class, Madison Taylor in the 132-lb class, Bailey Cady in the 259-lb class and Tatum Morgan in the SHW class. Second-place finishers were Bailey Balismo in the 132-lb class, Kathy Nguyen in the 165-lb class and Jairyn Leger in the 198-lb class. Third-place finishers included Oceana Quick and Grace Sullivan.

In the Boy’s division, the Bobcats placed first as a Team. Individually finishing first were Dylan Wells in the 123-lb class, Dakota Williford in the 132-lb class, Brant Hyatt in the 165-lb class, Hunter Ashworth in the 220-lb class and Santos Garcia in the 242-lb class. Second- place finishers included Gunner Grimes (123lb) and Hunter Norwood (220lb).
