Mustangs cruise past Longhorns, 92-40

WEST ORANGE — The West Orange-Stark Mustangs evened up their District 22-4A mark Tuesday night by blasting Hamshire-Fannett 92-40.
The Mustangs (15-14, 4-4) led 28-15 at halftime and then exploded for 64 points in the second half.
Terron Brown powered the Mustang attack again with another huge double-double as he poured in 32 points and yanked down 11 rebounds.
Nakai Arnold also had a double-double, scoring 21 points while snagging 11 boards.
Julian Karpovich had his best game in WO-S uniform as he pumped in 11 points while B’Jan Arvie had six points, seven assists and four steals.
The Mustangs are in the hunt with Lumberton for the third-place spot out of 22-4A. The Mustangs visit second-place Hardin-Jefferson Friday.
