PRESS RELEASE — Hope you had a good week. Not too bad around here. Let’s see what has been going on.

We had a man in the southern end who had felony warrants. He had made all kind of threats on Facebook. We mustered the troops and got him arrested. Thanks to all the different officers and agencies. Got it done with nobody getting hurt.

Man, and girlfriend got into a fight and she stabbed him in the eye. He’s in hospital in Houston, she is in our jail.

Our computer system here at the office was down one day last week. Along with that our base radio system went down. Our radio system is our officer’s life line. Big thanks go out to Olen Bean for helping get our officers a channel we could talk on. Main radio will be down for a while.

I have a heavy heart after seeing something on the t.v. over the weekend. I might hurt some feelings and I may get some repercussions from what I am about to say. I Don’t care. I don’t care if you are a democrat or a republican. I don’t care if you believe in abortion or not. But a Governor up north signed legislation approving abortion up until the due date of the CHILD. That is wrong!
