WEST ORANGE — West Orange Police are searching for the person of interest in a phone theft.
West Orange Police Officer S. Carpenter, at approximately 4:15 p.m. Friday, responded to a report of a robbery at the Cricket store in the 3100 block of Edgar Brown Drive in West Orange.
Upon arrival, officers meet with an employee who said, “Two males had entered the store, stole several items and ran away from the store.”
The males were seen running northbound into the Rose Lawn area.
West Orange Police are investigating the theft.
Police on the scene did not supply a description of the individuals and did not make any comments on the incident.
