BRIDGE CITY – The Bridge City Lady Cardinals jumped on Hamshire-Fannett early as they cruised to a convincing 48-21 District 22-4A victory at Cardinal Gym Friday night.

Hannah Wiegreffe led the Lady Cardinals (21-11, 5-4) with 12 points while Madison Fischer chimed in with 11.

The Lady Cardinals, still in a battle for the third and fourth-place playoff berth out of 22-4A, will visit first-place Hardin-Jefferson Tuesday.
