The Vidor City Council unanimously appointed Kimberly Stiebig as Mayor of the City of Vidor at Thursday night’s council meeting, January 10, 2019. The City had been without a mayor since January 1 when former Mayor Robert Viator, Jr. was sworn in as Orange County Commissioner of Precinct #4.  Jared Spencer was the other finalist considered by the Council.
