BC Power teams rack up at Lumberton Meet

LUMBERTON – The Bridge City Powerlifting Team competed at the Lumberton Invitational on Thursday January 10th.  As a team the girls placed first and the guys placed second!  The results are as follows:

Senior Lacey Pender placed first in her weight-class by lifting a total weight of 790 pounds.

Senior Chloe LeJeune placed first in her weight-class by lifting a total weight of 710 pounds.

Freshman Paris Stutts placed first in her weight-class by lifting a total weight of 320 pounds.

Junior Sadie Stone, placed second in her weight-class by lifting a total weight of 615 pounds.

Sophomore Ruth Hamilton placed second in her weight-class by lifting a total weight of 495 pounds.

Junior Hannah Kincannon placed third in her weight-class by lifting a total weight of 505 pounds.

Junior Josie Watts placed third in her weight-class by lifting a total weight of 405 pounds.

Sophomore Gracie Fontenot placed fourth in her weight-class by lifting a total weight of 630 pounds.

Freshman Jamie Ener placed fourth in her weight-class by lifting a total weight of 340 pounds.

Sophomore Elizabeth Torres placed fifth in her weight-class by lifting a total weight of 445 pounds.

Senior Jack Fontenot placed first in his weight-class by lifting a total weight of 1,500 pounds.

Junior Davion Coleman placed second in his weight-class by lifting a total weight of 1,095 pounds.

Junior Sheldon Becker placed first in his weight-class by lifting a total weight of 985 pounds.

Junior Jake Potter placed second in his weight-class by lifting a total weight of 870 pounds.

Junior Josh Fuselier placed first in his weight-class by lifting a total weight of 830 pounds.

Senior Alex Williams placed third in his weight-class by lifting a total weight of 795 pounds.

Sophomore Spencer Beck placed third in his weight-class by lifting a total weight of 545 pounds.
