Octavias Lamont Williams was found deceased in his apartment on Saturday at the 300 block of 2nd Street in Orange.
Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 Judge Dubose-Simonton has ordered an autopsy.

A Candlelight Vigil for the neighborhood was held on Sunday as friends gathered to celebrate Williams’ life.
“Turn around and tell each other we love each other,” Ritchatte Crosson said. “We are all here to celebrate his life. Tell each other you love them, you might not be able to tomorrow. Tomorrow is not promised.”
