LITTLE CYPRESS – The Hardin-Jefferson Lady Hawks, the early favorite to win District 22-4A, downed the LC-M Lady Bears 85-35 at the Hargrove Bear Cave Tuesday night.

The Lady Hawks raced out to a 19-3 lead and led 39-12 at the half as the Lady Bears dropped to 1-2 in 22-4A play

Guard Chelsea Perry led the Lady Bear attack with 14 points while also snagging nine rebounds.

Karly Rogers had five points and seven boards while Genesis Barclay and Zoe Levens had four points apiece
