Bobcats fend off Livingston, 81-79

ORANGEFIELD – The Orangefield Bobcats held on in a nail-biter Tuesday night as they nipped the Livingston Lions 81-79 in non-district action.

The Bobcats led 41-33 at the half only to see the Lions trim it to one at 60-59 entering the fourth. The teams then went back and forth as Orangefield snagged a nice victory.

Post Valentin Catt had a huge double-double, tallying 21 points to go along with 19 rebounds and six blocked shots.

Coy Bryant filtered in 18 points. Cade Prejan went for 14 points while Tyrone Waggoner had 12 points and five assists and Kaiden DuBose contributed nine points.

The Bobcats will welcome in Evadale Friday.
