BRIDGE CITY — Grant Boudreaux knocked down seven three-point baskets and finished with 33 points Saturday as Bridge City defeated visiting Nederland 65-60.

The win overshadowed Hayden Hefner’s 33-point outing for Nederland (1-1). Joseph Gipson had 15 for the Bulldogs.

Kolten Weeks scored 10 for Bridge City (2-1), which led 29-25 at halftime.

VIDOR — Sparked by 27 points by Grant Jarrell, the Vidor Pirates zipped past the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears 57-40 at Pirate Gym Saturday.

Jackson Smith led the Bears with 13 points.
