Marcus Mohon Interiors, owned by Marcus and Autumn Mohon, was named Interior Design Scheme – Global 2018 Winner in the International Design & Architecture Awards, hosted by DESIGN ET AL, a leading UK interior design magazine.
The awards ceremony was held last month at The Hurlingham Club in London. With around 200 design companies from around the world competing annually, The International Design & Architecture Awards aim to showcase a number of different categories covering residential architecture, interior design, and product design.
“We were honored to be included in the few finalists and thrilled beyond words to win the Global Interior Design category,” Marcus Mohon said.
Marcus has an economics degree from Baylor University and studied interior design at the University of Texas at Austin. Because of his love for the Texas Hill Country, Marcus stayed there to begin his career and has been in the Austin area since. He and Autumn have four children.
Marcus, originally of Orange, is a graduate of Little Cypress Mauriceville High School.
He is also the son of Dan and Manon Mohon.
