Take Action Now events to help small businesses recovery from Harvey

Take Action Now sessions offer support for business owners who may need additional working capital for continued stabilization, rehiring or replacing business assets damaged by Harvey.

Sessions will include business planning, access to capital, and workforce opportunities, small business staffing and skill training and 0-percent small business financing up to $35,000.

A fee Samsung Tablet will be raffled at each of the five scheduled events.

The dates are:

  • Tues., Oct. 23 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Carl Parker Multipurpose Center, 1800 Lakeshore Drive in Port Arthur. RSVP
  • Wed., Oct. 24 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Foundation of Southeast Texas, 700 North Street, Beaumont. RSVP
  • Thurs., Oct. 25 from 9 a.m. – 12 Noon at Workforce Solutions – Baytown, 4308 Garth Road, Baytown. RSVP
  • Tues., Oct. 30 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Orange County Convention and Expo Center, 11475 FM 1442, Orange. RSVP
  • Wed. Oct. 31 from 9 a.m. – 12 Noon at Liberty City Hall, 1829 Sam Houston Street, Liberty. RSVP
