The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Shangri La Scarecrow Festival Grand Opening at 2111 West Park Avenue in Orange on October 9. Director Rick Lewandowski coordinated the ribbon cutting and grand opening of the Scarecrow Festival. The festival will be held October 10 – November 3.
