ORANGEFIELD — The Orangefield Lady Bobcats improved to 8-1 in District 22-3A play by sweeping the Kirbyville Lady Wildcats 25-9, 25-22, 25-16 at Bobcat Gym Friday.

Bailee Click led the Lady Bobcats (26-8) with 13 kills and five blocks while Faith Fregia had nine.

Mackenzie Davis had 19 assists while Tiffany Ciangalione had 15. Lily Saucedo had 18 digs while Fregia added 10. Saucedo also had four aces while Fregia and Madison Greenway added two apiece.

The Lady Bobcats will travel to Kountze Tuesday.

SILSBEE — The Bridge City Lady Cardinals fell to the Silsbee Lady Tigers 25-17, 25-17, 25-22 Friday night.

Aspen Daniels had eight kills and three blocks. Rylee Oceguera posted five kills, 10 assists and three aces while Hannah Wiegreffe had four kills and Waverlee Cooper added nine assists.

The Lady Cardinals will host Hardin-Jefferson Tuesday.
