Orange Police Officers involved in an incident of spanking a teenager are under investigation at this time.

“I am unable to comment,” Captain Robert Enmon said. “Administration is looking into it.”

Requests for the Dispatch Report, the police report and the videos of the incident have not been answered at this time.

The media report generated each morning does not show an incident at the alleged location, which happened at approximately 10 p.m. Wednesday.
