In district volleyball action Tuesday night, the Orangefield Lady Bobcats fell to Class 3A No. 6-ranked Hardin 25-17, 25-19, 25-19 to absorb their first District 22-3A loss.

The Lady Bobcats are now 23-8 overall, but still a solid 5-1 in 22-3A play. They will visit 16^th-ranked Buna Friday.

In Class 4A district action the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Lady Bears dropped a four-set loss to district frontrunner Hamshire Fannett to drop to 19-14 overall, 3-2 in district play.

The West Orange-Stark Lady Mustangs were swept by Lumberton to drop to 0-6 in district.

LC-M will visit Silsbee Friday while WO-S visits Bridge City.
