PRESS RELEASE — On September 5, 2018 City of Orange Narcotic Investigators and Orange County Sheriff’s Investigators executed a search warrant at 509 W. Park Ave, Orange, Texas.  Upon executing the warrant, the resident, Ricky DeWayne Sparks, 38, was located inside the residence.  A search was conducted and an amount of cocaine and crack cocaine were located.  The cocaine was approximately three ounces.  An amount of ecstasy was also located in the residence, it was less than a gram in weight.

Sparks was arrested for two counts Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Sparks was transported to OSO jail where he was released to jail staff.
