Jefferson-Orange-Hardin Regional Transportation Study (JOHRTS) Area’s Transportation Planning Committee will meet at 10 a.m. at the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission, Homer E. Nagel Conference Room, in Beaumont. The meeting is open to the public.
