The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for 3 Twisted Strands at 1502 Strickland Dr., Suite 5, Orange, TX  77630 on August 9th. Owner/Stylist- Shannon Soape gave a tour of renovated facility and discussed all the services they offer in the salon such as haircuts, color, extensions, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
