The Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from July 16 – July 22, 2018:

Monday, July 16

  • Suspicious person to an undisclosed location on Mandi Road in Orange.
  • Theft at the 7000 block of Foxtrot Drive in Orange.
  • Theft at the 5000 block of North Main Street in Vidor.

Tuesday, July 17

  • Criminal mischief at the 500 block of North Teal Road in Orange.
  • Indecency with a child in Vidor.
  • Stolen vehicle at the 6400 block of Royal Oaks in Orange.
  • Assault at the 20000 block of State Highway 62 South in Orange.
  • Theft at the 11400 block of Farmer to Market Road 1442 in Orange. Numerous street signs in the Vidor area were missing.
  • Suspicious person at the 11800 block of State Highway 62 North in Mauriceville. A male was arrested for public intoxication.
  • Disturbance at the 2100 block of Abes Drive in Orange.

Wednesday, July 18

  • Recovery of a stolen vehicle at the 21500 block of Interstate 10 in Vidor.
  • Vicious animal at the 1000 block of Central Drive in Vidor.

Thursday, July 19

  • Animal bite at the 200 block of Briarcliff Drive in Vidor.

Friday, July 20

  • Theft at the 900 block of Brookwood in Vidor.
  • Animal bite at the 200 block of Farmer to Market Road 1131 in Vidor.
  • Unauthorized use of motor vehicle to an undisclosed location on Lawrence Road in Orange.

Saturday, July 21

  • Theft at the 8000 block North Linscomb Road in Vidor.
  • Burglary at the 7000 block of North Highway 87 in Orange.
  • Burglary at the 7000 block of North Highway 87 in Orange.
  • Unauthorized use of motor vehicle at the 1100 block of Emerald Drive in Vidor.

Sunday, July 22

  • Disturbance to an undisclosed location on South Mansfield Ferry Road in Orange.
  • Possession of marijuana in the Vidor Area.
  • Indecency with a child in Rose City.
  • ATV collision at the 500 block of Lapray Lane in Vidor.
