As part of the Interstate 10 reconstruction project, the Texas Department of Transportation will be closing the Interstate 10 overpass at 16th Street in Orange from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Tuesday, July 31, through Friday, August 3. Through traffic on 16th Street will be re-routed along the frontage roads.

Motorists traveling north on 16th Street will turn on the eastbound frontage road and travel Simmons Drive to turn onto the westbound frontage road to return to 16th Street.

Motorists traveling south on 16th Street will turn on the westbound frontage road and use the Adams Bayou turnaround to return to 16th Street along the eastbound frontage road.
