PRESS RELEASE — On 06/11/2018, at 2:12 am, officers responded to 4080 IH-10 (Crawdad’s) in reference to an Aggravated Robbery. Upon officer’s arrival, it was discovered that a B/M subject entered the store and demanded money, while brandishing a weapon. During the incident, an altercation ensued and the clerk shot the suspect with his personal weapon. The suspect fled the scene and was discovered deceased a short distance from the store, near the intersection of MLK Drive and Bancroft Road. The incident is still under investigation.
