PRESS RELEASE — On May 31, 2018, the Orange Police Department patrol division took a report of criminal mischief at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 912 W. Cherry in Orange. There was also a similar report taken at a residence in the 700 block of 9^th Street.

It is believed that sometime after 8:00 AM and before 1:00 PM, an unknown suspect(s) spray painted offensive symbols and drawings on the church and on a vehicle parked at a residence nearby.

Home owners that have surveillance cameras and live nearby are encouraged to view their video footage and contact us if they observe anything suspicious.
