The Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from April 30 – May 6, 2018:

 

Monday, April 30

  • Theft at the 600 block of Windmill Way in Vidor.
  • Burglary at the 9000 block of Timco Drive in Orange.
  • Narcotics incident at an undisclosed location in Rose City.
  • Theft at the 6200 block of Inez Ave. in Orange.
  • Animal bite at an undisclosed location on Mesquite Drive in Orange.

 

Tuesday, May 1

  • Welfare concern near Alpine and Martha Street in Vidor. A person was passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. A female was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia.
  • Theft at the 12000 block of Hwy. 12 in Orange.
  • Discharge of a firearm at an undisclosed location in Orange.
  • Burglary at the 2200 block of South Main Street in Vidpr.
  • Suspicious vehicle at the 8700 block of Bessie Heights Road in Orange.

 

Wednesday, May 2

  • Disturbance at the 1500 block of Antler Drive in Vidor.
  • Threats at the 9000 block of Farm to Market Road 105 in Orange.
  • Theft at the 1500 block of 4th Street in Vidor.
  • Theft at the 5900 block of Dixie Drive in Vidor.
  • Theft at the 300 block of Texla Road in Orange.
  • Theft at the 7100 block of State Hwy. 62 in Orange.
  • Suspicious vehicle at the 12000 block of State Hwy. 12 in Orange.

 

Thursday, May 3

  • Disturbance at the 3000 block of Woodcock Street in Orange.
  • Assault at the 500 block of Gerald Street in Vidor.
  • Vicious animal at the 100 block of Princeton in Vidor.
  • Sexual assault of a child at an undisclosed location in Vidor.
  • Theft at the 900 block of Hartzog Road in Orange.

 

Friday, May 4

  • Burglary at an undisclosed location on Monroe Street in Vidor.
  • Sexual assault at an undisclosed location in Orange.
  • Disturbance at the 2900 block of State Hwy 62 in Orange.
  • Traffic stop at the 1800 block of Main Street in Vidor. A deputy attempted to stop a black sports type motorcycle. The motorcyclist did not stop and the deputy stopped the pursuit due to unsafe conditions.

 

Saturday, May 5

  • Disturbance at the 7800 block of Express Lane in Orange.
  • Theft at an undisclosed location on Windy Lane in Orange.
  • Theft at an undisclosed location on Oil Patch Road in Orange.

 

Sunday, May 6

  • Stolen vehicle at an undisclosed location on Farm to Market Road in Vidor.
  • Criminal mischief at an undisclosed location on 4th Ave. in Orange.
  • Theft at an undisclosed location on Aery Road in Vidor.
  • Animal bite at the 4000 block of North Tram Road in Vidor.
  • Disturbance on State Hwy 62 in Orange.
  • Runaway at an undisclosed location on Wayside Road in Vidor.
  • Suspicious person near farm to Market Road 105 and Moose Lane in Orange.
