Mission Annual service

Mount Sinai Baptist Church 113 North Second Street of Orange is having their Mission Annual on Sunday, May 20, 2018 during the 11 a.m. Morning Worship Service. The guest minister of the hour is the Reverend Lynn Paul Hadnot, Associate Pastor of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Newton, Texas. Reverend Hadnot is an officer of the Baptist Missionary & Educational Association of Texas.

Parenting Class

Wells of Agape is holding a Parenting Class from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at Life Church Orange located at 18389 Hwy. 62 in Orange. Lunch is provided. Requirement to receive a Certificate of Completion is $30 per person, cash only. One must attend from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. to receive the certificate. 29th year Appreciation Service

Starlight Missionary Baptist Church 350 N. 37th street will be hosting their Pastor Rev. L. R. Charlot’s, 29th year Appreciation Service on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 3:30 p.m.  Pastor P. Gunn of Back to God Fresh Anointing Church of Orange, Texas will be the guest speaker accompanied by Bishop G. Gunn, the choir and congregation.  Other pastors, their churches, families, and friends of Houston, Beaumont, Orange, Texas and surrounding areas will be in attendance.  We extend a cordial invitation to all pastors, churches, and well-wishers in the community to participate in this special celebration recognizing a Blessed, highly favored, and anointed woman of God.  We look forward to seeing you there!

 

Vacation Bible School

Little Cypress Baptist Church will be held from 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., Monday June 11 – Friday, June 15 for ages 4 years thru 6th grade. The theme is Shipwrecked Rescued by Jesus and offers amazing experiments, creative games, surprising adventures, tropical treats and music. For more information call 409-883-8905.

 

 

Soup Kitchen and Bread of Heaven Program

The Mount Sinai Baptist Church Congregation will open its Soup Kitchen and Bread of Heaven Program at 11:30 a.m. A nourishing hot meal and Words of Encouragement is being offered on that day. All are invited to participate. For more details, one may contact the office of the church at 886-2089.

 

Feeding the Hungry

Mt. Olive Baptist Church is Feeding the Hungry at 12 Noon gathering with prayer every Thursday at the Rosa Watson Caring Kitchen located at 106 West Park Ave. in Orange. Rev. Ronnie Crockett, pastor. For more information call 886-2508

Prayer meeting headed by Pastor Curley Richard of Solid Rock Missionary Baptist Church from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Monday – Friday at 1207 Link Ave. in Orange.

1st Presbyterian Church located at 902 Green Ave. in Orange offers lunch from 11:30 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays.
