Michael Doc Booker always knows how to make a mother feel special. With his very own mother being the inspiration behind his clothing line, Doc Love Clothing, he wanted to do something special for the mothers to celebrate Mother’s Day.

He came up with the fantastic idea of doing a DOC Love XOXO Mother’s Day Photo shoot.

To honor some of his classmate’s mothers, he selected three mothers to be a part of the photo shoot. Judy Gobert, Darnise Henson and Mrs. Linda Reddix were the three beautiful women selected to be a part of the photo shoot.

Judy Gobert was born May 14, 1949 and is a mother of four. She is a devout Jehovah Witness for 50-plus years and loves spending time helping people study the Bible. She loves learning and inspiring others and loves to write poetry. Gobert always sees the good in people and loves to be a positive example to her family and peers.

Darnise Henson was born August 1, 1957 and is a mother of two. She is a member of 6th Street Community Church and has been employed at Firestone for 28 years. She is the Pastor Aide and the President of the Mustang Football Team. Henson a very supportive grandmother of three and loves her family.

Linda Reddix was born June 21, 1956 and is a mother of 1. She is also a member of 6th Street Community Church and devotes her time to substituting at each campus for WOCCISD and she enjoys going to community events for the children.

All of these beautiful, young women are special and awesome in their own way. When I met each one of them, it was truly an honor. They defined class, positivity, peace and love. I could genuinely see the love they had or their families and friends.

Michael Doc Booker, Orange, Texas salutes you for honoring these mothers and a warm and sincere Happy Mother’s Day to Judy Gobert, Darnise Henson and Linda Reddix. Keep on letting your light shine.
