The Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday for the re-opening of the Wellspring Credit Union. They are located at 2101 MacArthur Drive in Orange. Directly after the storm, the Credit Union was able to open up in a mobile unit outside of their damaged building that was donated to them by a Credit Union in New York.
