Finalists have been announced for the May 24 Babe Didrikson Zaharias Junior Golf Awards to be announced Thursday night, May 24 at the Montagne Center.

Former PGA Tour star Hal Sutton is the guest speaker for the event.

For Boys Player of the Year, finalists are Jack Burke of Little Cypress-Mauriceville, Timothy Feemster of Port Neches-Groves, Caleb Folmar of Buna, Tyler Gonzales of Kelly and Jonathan Miller of Kelly.

Girls Player of the Year finalists are Kensey Dukes of PNG, Mackenzie Sears of Silsbee, Kendall Stewart of West Brook, Elizabeth Townsend of Kelly and Myra Truong of Kelly.

Boys Character/Leadership finalists are Brody Jeanes of Hardin-Jefferson, Jack Tindel of LC-M, Collin Todora of Kelly and Jake Woods of West Brook. Girls finalists are Haley Boone of Hardin-Jefferson, Caroline Ogden of Hamshire-Fannett, Mackenzie Sears of Silsbee and Skylar Smith of Hardin-Jefferson.
