Orange mayoral candidates, Mayor Pro Tem Larry Spears, Jr. and Charles Ray Thomas have an impromptu discussion of local politics and their platforms at Bryan “Chop” Muhammad of Chop’s Barbershop. Muhammad is former Vice President of WOCCISD school board. The candidates also answer some tough questions from a few concerned citizens.
