FANNETT — The Bridge City Lady Cardinals strummed the Hamshire-Fannett Lady Longhorns 10-0 in six innings Friday night at Lady Longhorn Field to remain perfect in District 22-4A play.

The 22-4A champion Lady Cardinals (23-7, 9-0) received a 14-strikeout performance from senior ace Kassidy Wilbur in the victory.

Caitlin Denison was perfect at the plate, going 3-for-3 with a double, a RBI, a steal and three runs scored.

Kyndall Harrison was 3-for-4 with a double, a RBI and a run scored. Natilee Reed went 2-for-3 with a RBI and scored twice.

Aleah McCalnahan had a triple , two RBi and scored. Jaylynne Burch and Austryn Daniels each went 1-for-3 with Burch scoring a run. Abby Anderson drove in a run and scored while Wilbur and Ashley Gerrald each scored a run.

The Lady Cardinals will visit Orangefield in their final regular season game Friday.
