The Vidor Public Library held Story Time on Thursday, April 12, 2018. The guests were Judy Taylor and Kristi Ellis from The Stark Museum of Art, in Orange, TX. The museum houses one of the nation’s most significant collections of American Western art. The ladies are part of a student public art education outreach program, combining history and art. They like helping students find their creative side. Judy read “Sky Color” by Peter H. Reynolds to the audience. The children created a cinema color landscape picture using the book as an example.
