To The Leader

Going to be out of town three days this week. I hope we have a quite week. Let’s see what’s been going on.

Received a call from a lady who said that two people were yelling and honking horns in their driveway at 1 a.m. in the morning. Seems the two families were on Facebook discussing the border wall. One family , a Clinton supporter, one family a Trump supporter. One goes to the others home all mad. Police get involved and all ended well.

Received a call from a man out on Ford Cemetery road. He was working on his roof during the windy weather Friday and the wind blew his ladder down. He was stranded on the roof. Deputy White went and put the ladder back up and helped him get down.

Received several complaints about drag racing on FM 2460 and FM 1416. We are putting together a plan to stop ya’ll. It’s going to cost you when we get ya.

Several dog calls this week. People not feeding dogs, dog bites and killing people’s pets. We need to be aware that we are responsible for what our dogs do. You have a right to protect your animals from vicious dogs.

Gotta go, thought for the week: I want my children to have the things I couldn’t afford. Then I want to move in with them. Ya’ll have a great week and if we can help, just holler. God Bless.
