West Orange-Stark quarterback Chaka Watson, who helped guide the Mustangs to the Class 4A Division II State Finals last season and who was the Offensive MVP on the All-Orange Leader Football Team, signed with Mary Hardin-Baylor in front of family and friends Wednesday morning.
