The final deadline for registration is due Sunday, March 25 for this year’s Spring Round-up Woman’s Conference. Hosted by Cowboy Church of Orange County, can be signed up and reserved for $25 by calling Karen Lee at 409-718-6626.

“I’m very excited,” Lee said. “I’m looking forward to some blessings.”

The theme for the April 7 event is “Change of Heart” with Lynae Sanford set as worship leader. Key Note speakers are mother and daughter team Linda Fields from Kansas City and daughter, Holly Fields from Lake Charles.

According to church representatives, Cowboy Church may be the hosts of the woman’s conference, but all faiths, denominations and those seeking His Hope are invited.

“As of now, there are around 80 women registered for “Change of Heart,” Lee said. “There are several other church groups coming as well.”

The scripture being used as an example for the day is Psalms 40:2, “He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along.”

Doors will open at 9 a.m. with the conference going from 9:30 to 3:30. A BBQ lunch is included with the conference.

“(This Conference) is about finding your purpose, passion and hope and Change of Heart…to get out of the pit of mud and muck of the flood waters and move forward,” Lee said. “I believe Lynae has practical ways for us to get there.”

Cowboy Church is located at 673 FM 1078 in Orange. For further questions contact Karen Lee at 409-718-6626 or Charlotte at 409-670-8135.
