SILSBEE — Improving to 2-0 on the young District 22-4A season, the Bridge City Lady Cardinals toppled the Silsbee Lady Tigers 4-2 Tuesday night at Lady Tiger Field.
Kassidy Wilbur netted the win on the hill for the Lady Cardinals (16-7, 2-0) as she struck out seven.

Ashley Gerrald was 2-for-3 at the plate with a RBI double. Abby Anderson was 2-for-4 and scored a run. Natilee Reed went 1-for-3 and scored twice while Wilbur went 1-for-3 with a RBI and also scored.

The two teams will tackle each other again Friday when the Lady Tigers pay Bridge City a visit.
